Terms & Conditions

  1. The Early-bird promotion period starts from 19th June to 17th July 2024. Please check for any updates and details on the social media platforms of Orbis Hong Kong.
  2. All products ordered during the Early-bird promotion period will be delivered or will be available to pick up at designated redemption center during 5th August to 16th September 2024.
  3. All images are for reference only. The product colors may vary, and the real product colors should be considered as final.
  4. All orders will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to stock availability.
  5. Orbis Mid-Autumn merchandise will not be sold as vouchers. No plastic or paper bag will be provided.
  6. Products and quantity ordered, delivery or redemption period per order cannot be changed after successful payment has made.
  7. If the order is still unclaimed after 16th September 2024, the gift will be discarded.
  8. Merchandise Sales are not tax deductible. Receipts for additional donations will be sent by email/mail to you.
  9. Orbis Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Local Delivery

  1. After successful payment has made, all products ordered during Early-bird promotion period will be delivered to your designated address from 5th August to 16th September 2024. SMS message will be sent to inform you the actual delivery schedule.
  2. A one-off single-trip local delivery will be offered for free upon a payment of HK$1,500 (including donation). For orders below HK$1,500, a delivery fee of HK$100 shall apply.
  3. Upon successful payment, courier company will inform the recipient about the delivery date and time via SMS within 14-19 days. Please provide your mobile number for that. Orders will be delivered between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. No delivery service is available on Sundays and public holidays. Also, no designated delivery date or time is allowed.
  4. Please provide the office address and office hours for the delivery arrangements as soon as possible.
  5. Delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories only. Delivery service is not available for areas including Discovery Bay, outlying Islands, restricted areas, PO Boxes and Parcel Locker.
  6. If the package is lost because of fulfilment as per your special request (e.g., placing the package outside of the door or at the caretakers, etc.), Orbis Hong Kong will not be liable for any loss that arises.
  7. No refund will be offered if the package fails to be received by customer at the appointed delivery date and time, or if the package fails to be delivered due to an invalid delivery address provided. Orbis Hong Kong reserves the right to charge any extra cost for the re-delivery or the arrangements for your gifts to be collected at the designated redemption center.
  8. Do not make any payment to the courier upon collection.
  9. Delivery time may vary depending on road traffic conditions and courier delivery arrangements.
  10. Please note that delivery may be delayed during inclement weather (e.g., typhoon, black rainstorm signal, etc.).

Pick up from Redemption Centre

  1. After successful payment has made, all products ordered during Early-bird promotion period will be available to redeem at designated redemption center from 5th August to 16th September 2024.
  2. Redemption fee will be waived upon HK$1,500 purchase (including donation). For orders below HK$1,500, a $20 redemption service fee shall apply.
  3. After successful payment has made, customers will immediately receive a confirmation email notifying you can redeem your order after 14-19 days. Please provide a valid email address while placing the order. If you are not able to receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Please contact Orbis Hong Kong during office hours for further enquiries.
  4. Please call the redemption centre* to confirm stock availability before redemption.
  5. Please present your HKID card, the confirmation email or provide your mobile number at the time of redemption. If you authorize a representative to redeem on your behalf, he or she must present a photocopy of your HKID card and his or her HKID card in order to collect your gift at the designated redemption center. The content provided in the confirmation email shall prevail.
  6. If the packaging or products are damaged at the time of redemption, please request for an exchange at the branch immediately. No exchange of goods will be accepted once you have left the redemption store.
  7. No paper or plastic bags are provided. Please bring your bags.

Mooncake Donation Program

Orbis will consolidate the orders and deliver mooncakes to designated organizations in early September. There is no need for supporters to pick up or make arrangement to donate mooncakes.

(If the selected donation organization reaches its donation limit, Orbis will allocate the mooncakes to another donation organization.)
