Terms & Conditions

  1. Purchase of raffle tickets is not tax-deductible. Donation over HK$100 is tax-deductible. Donation receipt will be mailed out separately.
  2. Orbis Raffle Tickets are available for sale from January 9, 2026. If you wish to receive the tickets before the Lunar New Year, please place your order on or before February 10, 2026. Orders placed on or after February 10, 2026, will be dispatched progressively after the Lunar New Year (from February 20, 2026).
  3. Upon successful payment, Orbis Raffle Tickets will be mailed out within 5 working days. Please ensure you have filled in the correct mailing address and contact us in case you do not receive your requested raffle tickets in 10 working days after placing order.
  4. Please note that delivery may be delayed during public holidays and inclement weather (e.g. typhoon, black rainstorm signal, etc).
  5. Once online purchase is made, please DO NOT mail the order form again through faxing/ emailing/ mailing to avoid duplication.
  6. Order cannot be changed or canceled after successful payment.
  7. The draw will take place at Orbis’s office on March 5, 2026 (4pm). Results will be announced on The Standard, Sing Tao Daily and Orbis website orbis.org on March 11, 2026.
  8. All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  9. Any order forms and raffle tickets delivered to the Orbis office on or after March 5, 2026 (3pm), will be treated as pure donations to Orbis’s global sight-restoring initiatives.
  10. Winners have to redeem prizes at Unit C, 5/F, Infotech Centre, 21 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon – Orbis Hong Kong office during office hours. Prizes not collected will be forfeited after April 30, 2026.
  11. Orbis Hong Kong reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
