Terms & Conditions

  1. All images are for reference only. Product colors may vary, and the actual product color should be considered final.
  2. A free single-trip SF delivery (SF Locker/SF Store) will be offered for orders totalling HK$1,500 or more (including donation). The SF delivery fee will be borne by the buyer for orders below HK$1,500.
  3. All orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to stock availability.
  4. All orders received on or before December 18, 2024, will be delivered by December 24, 2024.
  5. Products, quantities, and delivery addresses cannot be changed after successful payment. No refunds are applicable.
  6. Merchandise sales are not tax-deductible. An e-receipt for additional donations will be provided via email.
  7. Please note that delivery may be delayed during inclement weather conditions (such as typhoons or black rainstorm signals).
  8. Please retain the original packaging and contact Orbis within 3 days of receiving the product if it is damaged or defective.
  9. Orbis Hong Kong reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Local Delivery (Hong Kong only)

SF Express Service Point & SF Lockers Pick up

  1. Upon placing the order, Orbis will dispatch the gifts and send you an SF tracking number via email in early December. If you do not receive the email, please contact Orbis during office hours to follow up.
  2. Each order can only have one SF Locker/SF Store. If you need to send orders to multiple SF Lockers/SF Stores, please place a separate order for each SF Locker/SF Store.
  3. Once the dispatch has begun, if there are any inquiries or SF Locker/SF Store changes, please contact SF Express directly. Any expenses incurred will be borne by the customer.

  6. SF Express will send you an SMS notification when the gifts arrive at the designated SF Locker/SF Store. Please collect the gifts within 24 hours (as stated in the SF Express SMS).
  7. The redemption SMS will be sent to the mobile phone number provided in the order. Orbis will not be liable for any loss caused by input errors.
  8. Please note that delivery may be delayed during public holidays or inclement weather conditions (such as typhoons or black rainstorm signals).
  9. If you have not received an SMS notification from SF Express in 7 days or more after receiving the SF tracking number, please contact Orbis for further assistance.
  10. Combination of delivery orders will not be accepted after the order has been processed.
  11. For orders below HK$1,500, the delivery fee is to be paid by the receiver upon delivery.

Remarks on SF Locker

  1. If the order is unclaimed within 24 hours (as stated in the SF Express SMS), SF Express will make a second attempt and send you a new SMS notification. If the gifts are unclaimed for the second time and returned to Orbis, the order will be discarded, and you will be responsible for the additional service charge incurred.
  2. Due to the limited number of lockers available, SF Express may automatically deliver the gift to a nearby location if the preferred location is full. If the recipient still wishes to return the gift to the preferred location, he/she can contact Orbis staff for the arrangement. In this case, the recipient may wait longer.
