Terms & Conditions

  1. The Early-bird promotion period starts from 2nd July to 10th August 2025. Please check for any updates and details on the social media platforms of Orbis Hong Kong.
  2. All products ordered during the Early-bird promotion period will be delivered or will be available to pick up at designated redemption center during 1st September to 6th October 2025.
  3. All images are for reference only. The colours of the final products may vary.​
  4. All orders will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to stock availability.
  5. Orbis Mid-Autumn merchandise will not be sold as vouchers. No plastic or paper bag will be provided.
  6. Products, quantity ordered, delivery location / method, or redemption period per order cannot be changed after payment confirmation.
  7. If the order is still unclaimed after 6th October 2025, the gift will be discarded.
  8. Merchandise sales and the Mooncake Donation Program are not tax deductible. Receipt of additional donation for tax deduction will be emailed/mailed out separately.
  9. Orbis Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Local Delivery

  1. All orders received on or before 26th September 2025 will be delivered by 2nd October 2025. SMS message will be sent to inform you the actual delivery schedule.
  2. A one-off single-trip local delivery will be offered for free upon a payment of HK$1,500 (including donation). For orders below HK$1,500, a delivery fee of HK$100 shall apply.
  3. Upon successful payment, courier company will inform the recipient about the delivery date and time via SMS in 14-19 days. Please provide your mobile number for that. Orders will be delivered between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. No delivery service is available on Sundays and public holidays. Also, no designated delivery date or time is allowed.
  4. Please provide the office address and office hours for the delivery arrangements as soon as possible.
  5. Delivery service only covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Delivery service is not available to other areas including Discovery Bay, Outlying Islands, PO boxes, restricted areas, or Parcel Lockers.​
  6. Orbis is not liable for any losses which result from the fulfilment of the customer’s special requests. (e.g. placing the package outside a door, or at designated caretaker, etc.)
  7. No refunds will be offered if the customer does not receive the ordered goods by the appointed delivery date and time, or if the package is not delivered due to an invalid address provided by the customer. Orbis Hong Kong reserves the right to apply additional charges for redelivery or collection arrangements.
  8. Do not make any payment to the courier upon collection.
  9. Delivery time may vary depending on road traffic conditions and courier delivery arrangements.
  10. Please note that delivery may be delayed during inclement weather (e.g., typhoon, black rainstorm signal, etc.).

Pick up from Redemption Center

  1. After successful payment, all products ordered on or before 26th September 2025 will be available for collection at the designated redemption center during the period of 1st September to 6th October, 2025.
  2. Redemption fee will be waived upon HK$1,500 purchase (including donation). For orders below HK$1,500, a HK$20 redemption service fee shall apply.
  3. E-shop order: Upon successful payment, customers will receive a confirmation email with redemption details immediately. Customers will be able to redeem the gifts after 14 days.
    Mailing order: Upon order received, customers will receive a confirmation email with redemption details within 14-19 days. Customers will be able to redeem the gifts upon receipt of the email.se check your junk/spam folder, or contact Orbis Hong Kong during office hours for further enquiries.
  4. Please call the redemption center* to confirm stock availability before redemption.
  5. Please present your HKID card, the confirmation email or provide your mobile number at the time of redemption. If you authorize a representative to redeem on your behalf, he or she must present a photocopy of your HKID card and his or her HKID card in order to collect your gift at the designated redemption center. The content provided in the confirmation email shall prevail.
  6. If the packaging or products are damaged at the time of redemption, please request for an exchange at the branch immediately. No exchange of goods will be accepted once you have left the redemption store.
  7. No paper or plastic bags are provided. Please bring your bags.

Mooncake Donation Program

Orbis will consolidate the orders and deliver mooncakes to designated organizations in early September. There is no need for supporters to pick up or make arrangement to donate mooncakes. (If the selected donation organization reaches its donation limit, Orbis will allocate the mooncakes to another donation organization.)
