With the spirit of mutual self-help at its core, the organization unites individuals with visual impairments and works to secure equal opportunities for them in education, employment, and social welfare. Those in need can receive food, material aids, and counseling assistance. They organize a variety of activities for Our Users. They also go out to the community with volunteers. Kids Learner Centre is a center for nurturing underprivileged children, focusing on development of life skills and realizing personal potential that will create an impact on Hong Kong in the long run.
