Hong Kong Community Network (HKCN) was established in 2010, which is a non-profit charity in Hong Kong (91/10503). HKCN operates Support Service Centre for Ethnic Minorities in Kwai Tsing District (LINK Centre) and Community Inclusion Centre (WE Centre). They provide service for ethnic minorities, Chinese elderly, new arrival, low-income families, the disables & other vulnerable groups, and actively promote diversity and inclusion.
