The Hong Kong Federation of the Blind was established in 1972. It is a charitable and self-help organization composed of people with visual impairments and recognized by the government. With the spirit of mutual self-help at its core, the organization unites individuals with visual impairments and works to secure equal opportunities for them in education, employment, and social welfare. It also provides diversified rehabilitation support services for people with visual impairments.

Hong Kong Blind Union (HKBU) was established in 1964. It is the first self-help group organized and managed by people with visual impairment. It aims at promoting the spirit of self-help and mutual-help as well as striving for equality, opportunities and independence for visually impaired persons.
HKBU provides comprehensive services for the newly blind, life adjustment programmes, education, employment, audio description for sport programmes and advocacy for the visually impaired in Hong Kong.

Since 1987, Saint Barnabas' Society and Home aims to create a caring community. It provides a wide range of services to support the poor and homeless. Those in need can receive food, material aids, and counseling assistance. They organize a variety of activities for Our Users. They also go out to the community with volunteers.
Kids Learner Centre is a center for nurturing underprivileged children, focusing on development of life skills and realizing personal potential that will create an impact on Hong Kong in the long run.
