Their services include preventive services, Parent-child Support Line, case assessment, counselling and treatment services, public education and advocacy, etc. They hope that children can grow up healthily and happily through various work. Hong Kong Community Network (HKCN) was established in 2010, which is a non-profit charity in Hong Kong (91/10503). HKCN operates Support Service Centres for Ethnic Minorities in Kwai Tsing District (LINK Centre) and New Territories East (IDEA Centre). We provide service for ethnic minorities, Chinese elderly, new arrivals, low-income families, the disabled & other vulnerable groups, and actively promote diversity and inclusion.
