Hong Kong Community Network (HKCN) was established in 2010, which is a non-profit charity in Hong Kong (91/10503). HKCN operates Support Service Centres for Ethnic Minorities in Kwai Tsing District (LINK Centre) and New Territories East (IDEA Centre). We provide service for ethnic minorities, Chinese elderly, new arrivals, low-income families, the disabled & other vulnerable groups, and actively promote diversity and inclusion.

With the spirit of mutual self-help at its core, the organization unites individuals with visual impairments and works to secure equal opportunities for them in education, employment, and social welfare. It also provides diversified rehabilitation support services for people with visual impairments.
