Beyond its global mission to fight blindness, Orbis is also deeply committed to supporting our local community. This year, we continue to partner with local charities to launch the Mooncake Donation Program, sharing the warmth and joy of the Mid-Autumn Festival with underprivileged groups. We invite you to donate mooncakes through Orbis and extend your festive wishes to every corner of the community – bringing more comfort and care to those in need this Mid-Autumn Festival. Against Child Abuse was established in 1979. Strive to eliminate all forms of child abuse and promote a caring and non-violent environment for the optimal growth and development of children. Their services include preventive services, Parent-child Support Line, case assessment, counselling and treatment services, public education and advocacy, etc. They hope that children can grow up healthily and happily through various work. Since 1987, Saint Barnabas' Society and Home aims to create a caring community. It provides a wide range of services to support the poor and homeless. Those in need can receive food, material aids, and counseling assistance. They organize a variety of activities for Our Users. They also go out to the community with volunteers. Kids Learner Centre is a center for nurturing underprivileged children, focusing on development of life skills and realizing personal potential that will create an impact on Hong Kong in the long run.
