Mooncakes Donation Program – Against Child Abuse
Beyond its global mission to fight blindness, Orbis is also deeply committed to supporting our local community. This year, we continue to partner with local charities to launch the Mooncake Donation Program, sharing the warmth and joy of the Mid-Autumn Festival with underprivileged groups.
We invite you to donate mooncakes through Orbis and extend your festive wishes to every corner of the community – bringing more comfort and care to those in need this Mid-Autumn Festival.
Against Child Abuse was established in 1979. Strive to eliminate all forms of child abuse and promote a caring and non-violent environment for the optimal growth and development of children. Their services include preventive services, Parent-child Support Line, case assessment, counselling and treatment services, public education and advocacy, etc. They hope that children can grow up healthily and happily through various work.

Hong Kong Blind Union (HKBU) was established in 1964. It is the first self-help group organized and managed by people with visual impairment. It aims at promoting the spirit of self-help and mutual-help as well as striving for equality, opportunities and independence for visually impaired persons.
HKBU provides comprehensive services for the newly blind, life adjustment programmes, education, employment, audio description for sport programmes and advocacy for the visually impaired in Hong Kong.
