We invite you to donate mooncakes through Orbis and extend your festive wishes to every corner of the community - bringing more comfort and care to those in need this Mid-Autumn Festival. The Hong Kong Federation of the Blind was established in 1972. It is a charitable and self-help organization composed of people with visual impairments and recognized by the government. With the spirit of mutual self-help at its core, the organization unites individuals with visual impairments and works to secure equal opportunities for them in education, employment, and social welfare.
