The aim of Shek Kip Mei Lutheran Centre for the Blind is to encourage and promote interaction and cooperation among healthy people and disabled people, in order to achieve social inclusion. New Life Church of Christ Sun Tin Wai Neighbour Elderly Centre was established in July 1981 as the first elderly service centre of the New Life Church of Christ. Guided by the Christian spirit of love and compassion, it is committed to caring for the holistic needs—physical, mental, social and spiritual—of the elderly, supporting their caregivers, and building a strong neighbourhood network. Through a wide range of activities and community support services, the Centre enables elderly individuals to age in place, enjoying a joyful and fulfilling later life.
